Dimensional Checks

We measure component geometries using a contour probe from the MahrSurf 120 brand.

Measuring range: up to 120 mm.
(Length, diameter)

Dimensions are determined with backlight projectors from Keyence and Mitutoyo

Measuring range: from 100mm x 200mm

Layer thicknesses and Surface roughness are measured with a Leica reflected light microscope (Coating thickness) and a Mahr Perthometer Rz / Ra (surface roughness).

Measuring range (layer thicknesses): up to 1000x magnification

Surface roughness: Mahr Perthometer Rz / Ra
